Over the last decade, we have helped countless clients in family law matters and have expanded the practice to include mediation services.
Christina Soberon-Llort, Esq.
Attorney and Certified Family Law Mediator
A graduate of Duke University and Emory University School of Law, Christina Soberon-Llort has been practicing law in Florida since 2007 and is an active member of the Florida Bar. In 2013, Mrs. Soberon-Llort was certified by the Florida Supreme Court to be a family law mediator. As a mediator, her focus is to help parties resolve their family matters amicably through negotiation and effective communication. As an attorney, Mrs. Soberon-Llort is acutely aware of the emotional and financial drain that lengthy family law litigation can cause, and uses her skills as a mediator to reduce that stress for both parties. Mrs. Soberon-Llort also uses her legal knowledge and legal experience to ensure parties are covering all major issues during mediation, so that future litigation can be avoided. Mrs. Soberon-Llort also has vast experience helping families mediate issues regarding special needs or unique learning challenges. In October of 2016, Mrs. Soberon-Llort became the staff family mediator at the Seminole County courthouse.
Mrs. Soberon-Llort is a native Spanish speaker and is proud to serve Spanish speaking clients. She is happy to conduct mediation in Spanish for those who require it, however the Rules of Ethics for mediators prohibit Mrs. Soberon-Llort (and any certified mediator) from translating any languages during mediation.
She has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Seminole County Young Lawyers Division, having served terms as President, Vice President, and Treasurer. Mrs. Soberon-Llort also enjoys volunteering for the Rescue Outreach Mission in Sanford, Florida, and she is also involved in the Duke Alumni Association in Central Florida.
